US: Atmospheric River Brings Heavy Rain And Flooding To Northern California

An atmospheric river storm hit Northern California on Thursday, November 21, bringing heavy rain, strong winds, and flooding. Several schools in Sonoma County were closed on Friday due to severe weather.
